I've been wearing a lot of my flat-heeled boots lately because I'm RUNNING RUNNING RUNNING and although I like my boots with higher heels, sometimes they SLOW ME DOWN!

Bronze Pleather Cowboy Boots

Yes, I said

PLEATHER.

You heard me right.



They were on sale at a rinky-dink boutique for $5 and they really don't look pleather in person. I swear.

I have a few pairs of cowboy boots - but this is the only non-leather pair. I'm not TOTALLY white trash.

The BEST part was I wore my new 75% off halloween knee-high socks underneath:

Comfy Brown Boots

These boots were made with the SOFTEST leather.



They are very good walking boots, if I'm going to be walking around a lot. Walking around and shopping for boots.

White Converse Jack Purcells

I own quite a few pairs of plain 'ol Converse high tops and low tops, but my favorite Converse BY FAR are the classic Jack Purcells:

These white ones are the BEST. No Keds, no Vans, no other Canvas-Shoe-Maker can trump these when it comes to basic white/goes with everything/will always look good/shoes.

I do need to STOP wearing my shoes in the house, though - Dr. Oz said so on 'Oprah' and I am a friggin' lemming... I do get the point that dragging all of the shit on the bottom of my shoes around the house is a BAD THING. 'Specially on my BED. Gross.

Boring Runners

Pink, black and grey Adidas. Pink makes athletic shoes BETTER.



I was supposed to be wearing these to the gym, instead they were worn to change a flat tire.

Military Camo Boots

These were $20 on amazon.com... I know, WEIRD to buy boots at amazon, but they were CUTE and CHEAP and they're BOOTS! Did I mention how much I love boots?



They have handy dandy little cargo pockets on the side... I have no idea what to put in dem der pockets, but they're there if I need them.




I like how the heel is stacked-wood looking...



I love autumn because it means it is time to wear BOOTS! I love my pretty pretty summer shoes, but I secretly LONG for the coolness that equals warmer footwear...
